Conference Publications

The proceedings of CCICT 2026 will be published in electronic format by Conference Publishing Services (CPS), with ISBN and DOI, and submitted to IEEE Xplore and CSDL for possible inclusion following presentation and review.

• Content will be submitted to the indexing companies for possible indexing. Indexing services are independent organizations. Inclusion in Scopus, Ei Compendex, or any other database is not guaranteed.
• The submission to IEEE Xplore and indexing process typically takes between 3 to 5 months post-conference. Additional review time may apply based on scope and content quality.
• The conference organizers/publisher/IEEE reserve the right to exclude papers from publication at any stage if quality standards are not met. Conference registration fees are non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: Publishers reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if it is not presented by an author. At least one author must register and present.
